Pneumatic Conveying Componentry
Every VAC-U-MAX vacuum conveying system begins with a pick-up point, vacuum receiver, vacuum producer, and a UL-certified control panel. The vacuum producer and control panel are the heart and brains of the system, and the receiver houses the filter—the lungs of the system.
Plug & Play: Signature Series™ Conveying Packages
The Signature Series™ is a premier collection of pre-engineered pneumatic conveying packages. Each 5-part system includes a vacuum conveyor, vacuum producer, flexible hose, pickup wand, and UL-certified control panel. Your system will arrive fully preconfigured and ready to integrate into your line, eliminating complex installation and minimizing downtime. These systems can be configured to seamlessly integrate into a broad range of applications in the food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, chemical, nonwovens, and plastics industries.

Speciality Frames
Our ColumnLift™ and Mobile Lift Frames raise and lower to convey powders and bulk materials into tall process vessels, mixers, and packaging machines. They eliminate manual lifting and ladder climbing and allow for floor-level cleaning and maintenance. The ColumnLift system easily rotates to fill side-by-side process vessels, and the Mobile Lift Frame is on wheels and can service multiple process lines!
