Pulsonic Bin Activators

Overview

Pulsonic Bin Activators break up compacted, arched, and bridged materials in bins, hoppers, and other mass flow devices. Unlike vibratory activators, they use acoustic energy to restore material flow, protecting equipment from damage caused by severe vibration.

HOW IT WORKS

Pulsonic systems consist of a single programmer and one or more injectors:

• Injector(s): A compressed air reservoir with a solenoid operated release valve
• Programmer: Controls the pattern of multiple instantaneous air bursts from the injectors

The system introduces multiple instantaneous sonic air bursts directly into compacted material to instantly restore flow without using shock and vibration methods that often damage hoppers.
