Signature Series™

A Premier Collection of Pre-Packaged Pneumatic Conveying Systems

Plug. Play. Convey.

The Signature Series™ is a premier collection of packaged vacuum conveying systems that deliver plug-and-play convenience with VAC-U-MAX engineered precision. Each 5-part system includes a vacuum conveyor, vacuum producer, flexible hose, pickup wand, and control panel. Your system will arrive fully preconfigured and ready to integrate into your line, eliminating complex installation and minimizing downtime.

VAC-U-MAX Performance in a Simple, Ready-to-Run Package

The VAC-U-MAX Signature Series™ is a family of easy-to-integrate packaged vacuum conveying systems for powder and bulk solid transfer. Designed for performance, each Signature Series system includes five core components: a vacuum receiver, pickup nozzle, tubing, vacuum producer, and UL-listed controls. These modular, flexible systems are ideal for both free- and non-free-flowing powders and granular bulk materials and are excellent for packaging equipment, refills, loss-in-weight feeders, OEM applications, and more.

With four airflow options to suit any process from gentle handling of granular materials to high-vacuum transfer, sanitary options, and smart customization, the Signature Series line of pre-engineered systems can be configured to seamlessly integrate into a broad range of applications in the food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, chemical, nonwovens, and plastics industries.

Watch the video below for a hands-on introduction to the Signature Series™ product line.

Meet the Family.

Signature Series™ packages come in two main sizes. The 1500 Series is rated to move up to 1500 pounds (680 kg) per hour, and the larger 3500 Series handles up to 3500 pounds (1600 kg) per hour. Both series are highly customizable with standard and sanitary options, offset cone and tube hopper receiver variations, venturi- or electric-powdered vacuum producers, and a control panel configured for your process and ready to go on arrival.

Signature SeriesTM Selection Guide

Each series has two main configurations based on vacuum receiver design, and selection is based on material characteristics. The standard option for each series is the offset cone receiver, which is excellent for the vast majority of materials including 90% of difficult to handle, non-free-flowing materials. The straight-wall tube hopper option is reserved for the most difficult materials that tend to clump, bridge, or rathole.

How To Get Started

Getting started is easy. Simply contact us and tell us a little bit about your process. We don’t expect you to have your entire configuration ironed out when you contact us. We’re experts at system design, and you’re an expert where it matters—your process. You provide us with the essential details—plant environment, equipment, materials, volume, desired conveying goals—and together, we’ll create the ideal solution for your needs. Your system will be manufactured, assembled, and configured right here in New Jersey.

Once created, your system will be tested and tuned under simulated conditions in our 6,000-square-foot, fully equipped test lab to ensure optimal performance. All equipment will arrive at your facility fully configured and ready to go. We’re with you every step of the way, through installation, startup, operator training, and beyond. Every system is backed by the VAC-U-MAX air-tight performance guarantee.
