This fully pneumatic unit is rated for Class I Div 1 environments. Use as a standalone unit or connect it directly to one or two bag dump stations.
The VAC-U-MAX Pneumatic Empty Bag Compactor can compact up to 150 bags depending on the thickness and type of bag (100 is our nominal standard). The compactor can be connected to either side of a bag dump station to quickly and safely contain bags as they are emptied, or it can be used as a standalone device.
Not only does our pneumatic bag compactor reduce the volume of your empty bags and dramatically cut down on disposal costs, it also helps capture the fugitive dust that comes from flattening those bags—protecting the operator and cutting down on problematic environmental dust buildup.
The all-pneumatic design is safe for Class I Division 1 environments. The unit is easy to use, efficient, and safe. With a non-defeatable switch on the door, the VAC-U-MAX Bag Compactor will not operate with the door open for operator safety. If connected to a VAC-U-MAX Bag Dump Station, the compactor will not operate when the bag dump station is open.
Available in carbon steel fabrication with a white food grade powder coat or sanitary stainless steel.
