ColumnLift™ Conveying Systems

Item #: ColumnLift

The VAC-U-MAX ColumnLift™ system raises and lowers vacuum receivers to convey powders and bulk materials into tall process vessels, mixers, and packaging machines. It eliminates manual lifting and ladder climbing, allows for floor-level cleaning and maintenance, and rotates for multi-vessel loading.

How it Works

No stair-climbing, lifting, scooping, or dumping. The ColumnLift™ frame allows you to provide gentle and damage-free transfer of product to hard-to-reach process vessels including mixers, blenders, reactors, packing machines, and vessels with open-and-close hatch doors.

The system eliminates manual lifting and ladder climbing, allows for floor-level cleaning and maintenance, and rotates for multi-vessel loading.

HOW IT WORKS

The ColumnLift frame is mounted on an 18” floor base with a top-rotating anchor. The operator stands a safe distance away and operates the electric lift mechanism with a remote pendant, raising and lowering the vacuum receiver at 10-15 feet (3-4.5 meters) per minute.

The system is easily rotated away to open and close loading hatches and can be used to load side-by-side process vessels. All cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance occur at ground level, making the system extremely convenient.
