Item #: 3500-Series
Capable of convey rates up to 3500 pounds (1600 kg) per hour, our 3500 Series pre-packaged pneumatic conveying systems are ideal for both free- and non-free-flowing powders and granular bulk materials. Available in standard and sanitary options, the 3500 is a highly customizable plug-and-play solution.
The VAC-U-MAX 3500 Series is part of the Signature Series™ family of pre-engineered pneumatic conveying packages. Each 5-part package includes a vacuum conveyor, vacuum producer, flexible hose, pickup wand, and control panel. Your system will arrive fully preconfigured and ready to integrate into your line, eliminating complex installation and minimizing downtime.
3500 Series systems feature 16″ receivers and 8″ discharge openings and can handle convey rates from handfuls up to 3500 pounds (1600 kg) per hour. If you’re looking for a smaller solution, check out the 1500 Series which can handle up to 1500 pounds (680 kg) per hour.
Both the 3500 and 1500 Series are highly customizable with standard and sanitary options, offset cone and tube hopper receiver variations, venturi- or electric-powdered vacuum producers, uni- and multi-filter options, and a control panel customized for your process and ready to go on arrival.
3500 Series systems have two main configurations (3500 & 3500T) based on vacuum receiver design.
The 3500 option features an offset cone receiver, which is excellent for the vast majority of materials including 90% of difficult to handle, non-free-flowing materials. The 3500T variation features a straight-wall tube hopper receiver and is reserved for the most difficult-to-move materials that tend to clump, bridge, or rathole.
3500 SERIES FEATURES
OPTIONS
The standard 3500 option features an offset cone receiver, which is excellent for the vast majority of materials including 90% of difficult to handle, non-free-flowing materials. If your materials are non-free-flowing and tend to clump, bridge, or rathole, we recommend the 3500T option which features a straight-wall tube hopper.
