Capable of convey rates up to 1500 pounds (680 kg) per hour, our 1500 Series pre-packaged pneumatic conveying systems are ideal for both free- and non-free-flowing powders and granular bulk materials. Available in standard and sanitary options, the 1500 is a highly customizable plug-and-play solution.
The VAC-U-MAX 1500 Series is part of the Signature Series™ family of pre-engineered pneumatic conveying packages. Each 5-part package includes a vacuum conveyor, vacuum producer, flexible hose, pickup wand, and control panel. Your system will arrive fully preconfigured and ready to integrate into your line, eliminating complex installation and minimizing downtime.
1500 Series systems feature 12″ receivers and 6″ discharge openings and can handle convey rates from handfuls up to 1500 pounds (680 kg) per hour. If you’re looking to move more material, we recommend the 3500 Series which can handle up to 3500 pounds (1600 kg) per hour.
Both the 1500 and 3500 Series are highly customizable with standard and sanitary options, offset cone and tube hopper receiver variations, venturi- or electric-powdered vacuum producers, uni- and multi-filter options, and a control panel customized for your process and ready to go on arrival.
1500 Series systems have two main configurations (1500 & 1500T) based on vacuum receiver design.
The 1500 option features an offset cone receiver, which is excellent for the vast majority of materials including 90% of difficult to handle, non-free-flowing materials. The 1500T variation features a straight-wall tube hopper receiver and is reserved for the most difficult-to-move materials that tend to clump, bridge, or rathole.

The standard 1500 option features an offset cone receiver, which is excellent for the vast majority of materials including 90% of difficult to handle, non-free-flowing materials. If your materials are very difficult to convey and tend to clump, bridge, or rathole, we recommend the 1500T option which features a straight-wall tube hopper.
