Engineered for easy handling of gelatin, liquid-filled, and split capsules, VAC-U-MAX’s Gel Cap and Capsule Conveying System conveys up to and over 2500 units per minute, gently delivering product to capsule filling machines and packaging lines without any damage or separation. 

Overview

Convey gel caps, liquid-filled and split capsules to capsule filling machines and packaging lines without damage or separation. This system eliminates manual scooping of product and messy dumping or mishandling. Material is drawn directly from drums, boxes, storage containers, or feedbins.

This pneumatic conveying system is manufactured under GMP guidelines and meets USDA and FDA approved standards. A variety of discharge valve types and finishes are available.

The Gel Cap and Capsule Conveyor is furnished as a ready-to-operate system featuring a 316 stainless steel filterless vacuum receiver, vibratory tray feeder, level probe, programmable controller, vacuum source, convey hose, conveying wand, and more.
