Replacement Muffler for Venturi Air Driven Power Units
Exhaust mufflers are an essential component of air-powered vacuum systems, and they must be maintained to ensure proper function. VAC-U-MAX mufflers are specifically designed to keep our Venturi air-driven power units quiet and within OSHA noise level standards to prevent hearing damage, stress, and distraction in the workplace.
Replace the exhaust muffler(s) on venturi power units every six months or more often if the compressed air supply is wet and/or dirty. In many cases, the muffler will need to be replaced several times per year based on use and the quality of the compressed air being used. A dirty muffler will reduce the vacuum performance and they cannot be cleaned.
