VAC-U-MAX continuous bagging vacuum cleaners are specially designed to reduce operator exposure to fine powders and to improve material handling of dusty debris. Shown here in the 2.5HP Model 250 (MDL250), this family of vacuums is available in three sizes (2.5HP Single Phase, 5HP, and 8.5HP).

Our continuous-duty industrial vacuums are equipped with continuous bagging systems that eliminate the need to dump a drum or rigid collection container. The closed bags also prevent fugitive dust clouds and avoid a potential cause of back injuries.

VAC-U-MAX HEPA-filtered industrial vacuum cleaners have the highest protection of any industrial vacuum on the market and feature two layers of filtration. The Model 250 features two layers of filtration – a primary dust filter rated at 99.7% efficient @ 0.5 micron, and a secondary HEPA filter cartridge rated 99.97% efficient at 0.3 micron.

Our unique filter cleaning system eliminates the need for compressed air and solenoid controls, allowing the filters to collect the finest powders anywhere in the plant. These vacuums are suitable for unclassified and Class II, Division 2 rated environments.

• Direct-drive vacuum producer with 2.5HP (1.88 kw) continuous-duty motor with nation-wide warranty service at over 5,000 locations.
• Unique primary filter (rated 99.7% efficient @ 0.5 micron) elements with 40 Sq. Ft. of filter area of non-stick coating have excellent dust release to prevent filter blinding and motor overheating. Filter plate is removable without tools: maximum uptime! Each cartridge can be individually removed without tools for easy inspection or replacement.
• Standard HEPA safety filter, D.O.P tested and certified for 99.97% efficiency @ 0.3 microns.
• Ultimate Filter Cleaning: Unique 4-way valve backwashes the filter with a huge burst of air while venting the vacuum producer at the same time. 100% of the backwash air goes directly to the filters. No compressed air required!
