This high-efficiency, Teflon-coated (PTFE) filter is designed for handling fine powders and dust. In addition to being highly efficient (filtering 99.9% at 1 micron), this filter offers superior release of fine, sticky debris due to its slick, hydrophobic surface, higher efficiency, and longer filter life.
The filter material is constructed with an internal wire “scrim,” or grid, which can be seen by holding the filter up to the light (see photo).
