The Model 55E-XP drum-top industrial vacuum cleaner is one of VAC-U-MAX’s electric powered explosion-proof vacuums. This is the only electric powered explosion-proof system available in a 55-gallon capacity.

This system runs on 110V with a 1HP motor and features a manual filter shaker with all parts designed in anti-sparking stainless steel per NFPA requirements. A vacuum equalizer kit allows for the use of off-the-shelf static-conductive collection bags.

Suitable for Class II Group F & G environments, the 55E-XP is excellent for combustible dust cleaning applications including grain elevator and agricultural packaging applications.
